Barbara Lange - Freising | |

- Barbara has donated
several 3-Dimensional quilted exhibits to the
Math
Museum
of Munich's Technical University and also has many intriguing
quilted games and other artwork in her home.
- She has recently returned from teaching 2 patchwork seminars
at a small
sewing school in
Kenya - a project of which Barbara's mother is a longtime
supporter. The village has no
electricity. Over the years, treadle machines have been found
in Germany, restored and (along with donated fabric &
quilting tools) shipped by container via Nairobi.
- One of her quilts is on the front cover of the Sep/Oct
2007 Patchwork-

- She has published several
paper piecing books in German, although
the English text is available as a PDF download.
- She provides an annual Block of the Month wall
